Luminaria at Botanical Gardens

The Botanical Gardens' Luminaria event is a spectacular winter show in Phoenix, Arizona. Rodney McElroy founded this annual event in 1977. McElroy was a native Southwest gardener and knew about the tradition of Luminarias. These ceremonies were originally meant to honor plants and the community. These ceremonies were held in Botanical Gardens to honour the community, the plants, and all those who have made the gardens a great place to visit. Since then, Luminarias has been a regular part of the Phoenix Botanical Gardens annual fall and winter events.

The Neon Museum displays old signs from different companies in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is situated on 2.62 acres and also includes the lobby shell from the historic La Concha Motel. This lobby shell was restored for display purposes. On October 27, 2012, it opened.
